ITINERARY

**Please note that the itinerary is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances**

Day 1 – Friday, October 28, 2016

6:30 A.M. – Depart from the Port Elgin Regional School.  We cannot be responsible for vehicles left in the parking lot.

7:00 A.M – Depart from the Sackville Home Hardware parking lot.  Home Hardware is not responsible for vehicles left in the parking lot.

9:15 A.M. – Arrive at Irving Big Stop, Lincoln NB for half hour rest stop.

12:00 P.M. – Grand Falls, NB   Irving Circle K Big Stop for Lunch

1:00 P.M. – Leave Grand Falls

4-:00 P.M. – Set your watch back one hour before you reach Riviere-du-Loup, Quebec for 15 minute rest stop at Tim Hortons.

4:15 P.M. – Leave Riviere-du-Loup.

5:15 P.M. – Arrive Saint-Jean-Port-Joli to the Normandin restaurant for supper.

6:30 P.M. – Leave for Quebec City.

7:15 P.M. – Arrive Quebec City at Le Dauphin Hotel and Suites, Quebec City.  http://www.dauphinquebec.com/en/ Settle in and then get ready to go.

8:00 P.M.  Leave for Old Quebec City.

8:10 P.M.  Arrive in Old Quebec City.

9:30 P.M.  Meet bus to go back to the hotel.

9:40 P.M.  Back at the hotel.

Day 2 – Saturday, October 29 2016

6:30 A.M.  Wake up call at the hotel.  Enjoy their lovely hot healthy breakfast.

7:45 A.M.  Depart the hotel to visit Montmorecy Falls http://www.quebecregion.com/en/tourist-sites/parc-de-la-chute-montmorency/

8:00 A.M. Arrive falls.

9:00 A.M. Depart falls to visit Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupre Shrine.

10:20 A.M.  Leave Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupre Shrine.

11 A.M.  Arrive at the Traditional Huron Site on the Huron-Wendat Reservation.  http://www.huron-wendat.gc.ca/  Discover the history, the culture, and the lifestyle of Huron of the past and of today.  Enjoy a traditional native lunch in their NEK8ARRE RESTAURANT – “The caldron is baked.”

1:15 P.M.  Depart for the Plains of Abraham.  http://www.quebecregion.com/en/historic-sites/plains-of-abraham-battlefields-park/

1: 45 P.M.  Arrive at the Plains of Abraham.

3:15 P.M.  Leave the Plains of Abraham to be dropped off at the Chateau Frontanac. (2 minute drive)  Spend the rest of the day exploring old Quebec City.  Dine at one of the many cafes and other places to eat such as http://www.cassecrepebreton.com

7:30 P.M and 9:30 P.M.  Bus pick up at the Chateau Frontanac and return to the hotel.

Day 3 – Sunday October 30, 2016

6:30 A.M.  Wake up call at the hotel.  Enjoy their lovely hot healthy breakfast.

7:30 A.M.  Depart the hotel for home.

10:30 P.M. Set your watch ahead one hour before you reach Riviere-du-Loup, Quebec for ½ hour rest stop at Tim Hortons.

11:00 P.M. – Leave Riviere-du-Loup for Grand Falls.

1:00 P.M. – Arrive Grand Falls.  Irving Circle K Big Stop for late Lunch.  Following lunch get some exercise and enjoy the beautiful falls.

3:00 P.M – Leave Grand Falls.

5:30 P.M. – Arrive at Irving Big Stop, Lincoln NB for supper.

6:30 P.M. Leave Lincoln.

8:40 P.M.   Arrive at Sackville Home Hardware for drop off.

9:10 P.M.   Arrive at Port Elgin Regional School for drop off.
